The current geopolitical situation is impacting global supply chains, transportation, and raw material markets. On this page, we share the latest customer information on product availability, lead times, and any potential price adjustments for customers in Sweden, the Nordics, and the Baltics.
Current status
- Lead times: Some products may have longer lead times than normal.
- Availability: In some cases, temporary volume limitations (allocation) may apply to selected items.
- Pricing: Cost increases in raw materials and logistics may result in upcoming price adjustments. Updates will be communicated by product category/brand as relevant.

Due to the current external situation, lead times may vary across products and brands. To minimise impact, we continuously monitor developments and coordinate closely with our suppliers and logistics partners to maintain the best possible availability and service level.

Guidance for ordering
The current market situation involves constrained logistics capacity and increased pressure across supply chains. To ensure fair distribution and maintain a good service level for all customers, we kindly ask that:
- orders reflect actual demand, and
- speculative stock build-up is avoided.
Where necessary, G A Lindberg may temporarily limit order volumes for selected products to prevent artificial demand and secure continuity of supply.
Pricing and potential price adjustments
The ongoing instability in the region is driving cost increases in several key input materials and can also indirectly affect additional product segments. Cost increases include, for example:
- plastics and polymers (e.g., PE, PP, PET), closely linked to the oil and energy markets
- petroleum-based chemicals and solvents
- specialty raw materials with limited availability (e.g., glycerine, surfactants, and silicones)
- packaging materials (including plastics)
- logistics and freight due to higher energy and transportation costs
Despite extensive internal measures, these cost increases can no longer always be fully absorbed. Price adjustments may therefore be necessary in the coming period to ensure continued supply reliability, high quality, and a sustained service level. Any adjustments will be communicated on an ongoing basis.
