Lubricants for marine & offshore

The sea is a sensitive environment and products must be adapted to meet current environmental legislation. In our assortment you will find both biodegradable lubricating greases and hydraulic oils. Motor oils such as recognized MobilGard™ & Mobil Delvac™ that are tailored to different engine sizes and fuel sulfur levels.

The sea is also an environment that puts machines and equipment under extra great stress and challenges. An example is the hydraulics in e.g. loading cranes. The ships are out at sea and the hydraulic oil must lie dormant for months and protect against, for example, corrosion. But once in port, the cranes have to work under maximum stress for days and then the oil must perform flawlessly, whether you are in Iceland or in South Africa. The Mobil DTE 10 Excel series is a zinc-free, energy-saving hydraulic oil that replaced the previous Mobil DTE 10M series (Marine) which for decades has been one of the most recognized hydraulic oils for both harbor cranes and offshore cranes.

Mobilarma 798 is intended to lubricate and protect wires in marine applications.
