Since developing the first silicone-free thermal grease for AT&T in the early 1970s, AOS has continued to develop and expand the widest range of silicone-free thermal greases on the market, all designed for ease of use and durability. There is no silver bullet thermal grease that is ideal for all applications. That's why we offer such a wide range, from low resistance products with thin bond lines to high thermal conductivity greases for thick film applications. Typical properties may include water cleanability, thixotropic or Newtonian rheology, and adaptive rheology, little or no pump-out, low outgassing, and high-temperature stability.
