Anaerobic adhesives
The anaerobic adhesives harden in the absence of oxygen in the adhesive gap and when metal ions are present.
They are usually used for e.g. locking of screw joints, fastening of bearings, bushings and repair of wedge joints, pipe sealing and flange sealing.
Cyanoacrylate glue
Cyanoacrylate glue is a very fast curing glue with fixation within seconds. For gluing most smaller details. They stick to most materials and are available in different designs such as:
- High temperature resistant
- Tough
- Low odor and low "blooming"
- Gel form
UV glue
UV glues harden quickly when exposed to UV light. There are variants that stick to glass, plastic and metal.
Structural adhesives
Epoxy glue
Epoxy glue cures either by mixing a base with a hardener, so-called 2-component glue, or by heating the glue, so-called 1-component glue. They stick well above all to different types of metals but also some plastics.
Epoxy hybrid adhesive
Epoxy hybrids are modified epoxy adhesives that have the advantages of an epoxy adhesive but are soft and flexible at the same time.
Acrylic glue
Acrylic glue is a 2-component glue that hardens quickly and adheres well to both metal and plastic, some even adhere to against fatty plastics such as PE and PP.
Polyurethane adhesive
Polyurethane glue is a 2-component glue that sticks well to above all plastics, but not greasy plastics.
